My Story is a Love Story

Erica Kastel was born and raised in Mexico City. Her father was a doctor and her mother owned her own business. And although she traveled to the United States often, Erica never thought about moving here until she met her husband, an American living in the Hudson Valley.

We spent an afternoon recently visiting with Erica Kastel, who shared her vision of a community drawn together by language, food and stories.
